The suit is marked size 54 but was actually tailored for the person now selling it, so I will provide the detailed actual measurements of the jacket and trousers.
JACKET: partially lined, single-breasted with 3 buttons, 4 buttons at the sleeve cuff. To take the measurements correctly, I placed the jacket flat and buttoned on a table:
Chest width from armpit to armpit 52cm (52X2=104 cm chest circumference)
Waist width (measured at the second button) 46cm (46X2=92cm)
Total jacket length 81 cm
Sleeve length 67cm
With these measurements, the jacket is a Size 52 IT and 42 UK/US
TROUSERS: with pleats and turn-ups at the bottom.
The measurements are:
Waist width 83 cm
Inside length (measured from the seam below the crotch to the hem) 83cm
Outside length 113cm
Corresponds to a Size 48 IT and 32 UK/US

Il completo è marcato taglia 54 ma in realtà il completo è stato adattato in sartoria alta persona che ora lo mette in vendita, quindi indicherò in modo dettagliato le effettive misure della giacca e del pantalone .
GIACCA: parzialmente foderata ad un petto a 3 bottoni, nella fine manica 4 bottoni le misure . Per prendere bene le misure ho posto la giacca distesa abbottonata su un tavolo :
Larghezza torace da ascella ad ascella 52cm ( 52X2=104 cm circonferenza torace )
Larghezza vita ( misura presa all’altezza del secondo bottone) 46cm ( 46X2=92cm )
Lunghezza totale giacca 81 cm
