The brand Ba&sh, or to be more specific Ba&sh, has been a must-have brand on the French fashion scene ever since 2003. It is also the first two letters of the first names of Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, the friends and designers who initiated the project originally. They met at the tender age of 17 and got on like a house on fire as soon as their paths crossed. It was therefore only natural for them to come up with a project to create a brand together. The two women are complementary since one is in charge of design for the label and the other is responsible for the business side of things. Above all else, the style of Bash can be summed up by a deliberate choice to remain simple and feminine. As for communication, the brand has opted not to use spokesmodels in its advertising campaigns. The brand's reputation and success are built more on word-of-mouth and the quality of the very feminine clothing.
