The primary aesthetic flaw is a buildup of light-colored lint and dust against the black suede, which makes the surface appear slightly "ashy" rather than a deep, ink-black. You’ll notice some light scuffing and matting of the suede nap on the toe boxes and the back of the wedge heels from regular walking.
